I have used Mikes Plumbing for several years. Their plumbers are excellent in what they do, professional and thourough. They explain any plumbing issues and give repair options that are easy to understand. They offer coupons that can be used on services that are requested. I am single and feel very comfortable when they are in my home. I feel they treat their customers like they would their own family. I have used Mike’s Plumbing several times and would call again

My repair person, Chris gave me options and clearly explained the cost of each. My hot water heater was not working. He relit the pilot and waited awhile to make certain that it was working properly. I have used Mike’s Plumbing several times and would call again. His employees speak very highly of him and enjoy working for him. They arrive on time and are very professional.

Scheduling was easy and very flexible. Mike M came up with a sensible solution to a nagging problem (freezing outdoor pipe). Very professional and personable. Left work area clean. No high pressure sale of annual service agreement, which I did end up purchasing. Will call them for my next plumbing project.

I will be calling mikes plumbing anytime I need a plumber. They were professional, courteous with our house and right on time. We live in a very old house and our plumber, Mike M. spent all day at our house fixing leak after leak. He double checked everything he worked on to make sure it was in working order. I will be referring Mike to anyone who may need a plumber. Thank you mike for all your help!

They treat your home like it is their own

This company is top notch. They are the model of professionalism from the time you call until completion of the job. They treat your home like it is their own, making sure to keep their work area tidy, protect your floors, and clean up afterwards. They even show up in uniform. Not many companies do that anymore and it is small things like that that set them apart. Everything was well explained and quotes given for all the options before moving forward. I would highly recommend them. I hope I don’t have any plumbing woes in the future, but if I do, I will be using them again. Thank you Amy, Mike, and Chris!

I highly recommend Mike for any services you may need ??

Mike was awesome came out the same day and fixed our sump pump which was very old and started to have issues. Replaced with new sump pump and did an excellent job, very clean work. I highly recommend him for any services you may need. 👍

The plumber from Mike’s quickly found the issue and fixed it the same day!!

I had two previous plumbing companies come out to look at an issue with my plumbing and neither could find the issue and both charged me fees for coming out. The plumber from Mike’s quickly found the issue and fixed it the same day!! Great service!

They were outstanding! Charlie made sure I understood everything they were doing in order to resolve the issue.

I had a serious problem with water backing up in a drain in my front yard. I called Mike's Plumbing and they sent Charlie and Jake out to my house within an hour. They were outstanding! Charlie made sure I understood everything they were doing in order to resolve the issue. They found the clog in the drain line, cleared it and made sure the drain was working properly. Charlie and Jake were very professional, cleaned everything up good as new and were finished promptly. Price for the job was reasonable. Whenever I have anymore plumbing issues, I'm calling Mike's Plumbing!

From the moment I had them on the phone, my anxiety began to melt away.

After another company botched my new gas stove installation in my old house with dated pipe fittings (yes, there was a gas leak after they left, fortunately I knew where the cutoff valve was), I decided Mike's was the way to go. Even though they are a bit pricier, I knew from the last time I'd hired them to do a somewhat tricky plumbing job that they would do it right. And from the moment I had them on the phone, my anxiety began to melt away. The gas-fitter technician showed up on time, with enthusiasm and a can do attitude, and carefully explained why the gas leak occurred and what was necessary to get me back to cooking in my kitchen. When he finished in short order (the old connections had to be replaced, bringing the piping up to code), he confirmed there was no gas leak by carefully testing and my stove became a comfortable part of my kitchen once again. Chris showed up to access the problem I was having with my plumbing. He was very polite and professional at all times. He spotted the problem and formulated several options to correct the issue. After I selected my plan of action Chris arrived the very next day and completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend and personally use this company again.
